Kite

Since 2006 I am a very passionate kitesurfer (IKO Instructor since 2019) and travel to kite ever since. I have visited many places, some of them for several months. I would like to provide my knowledge to interested people so there is no need for them to do the indepth research I did. I offer consultation regarding destinations, materials and next steps in your own progression journey. Aswell I am building up the Robin Kite Foundation to support less privileged kitesurfers and communities in getting access to this beautiful sport.

Several times a year I am offering organised Kite Trips to some of my favourite destinations, usually off the beaten path. Please write me for more information.

Why do WE need this?

 

While following my big passion of kiteboarding I discovered wonderful places, with perfect conditions. Unfortunately the local communities usually can't afford this beautiful sport. It is simply not realistic to ever buy a kite that costs more than a yearly salary. They are relying on tourists who leave their equipment behind so they can share it in their community. Only a few of them might get lucky and get access to equipment by getting involved in the local kite school.

How can WE help?

It is time to relocate the resources. Together as a community it is time to give back to those communities who actually make our kitertrips possible with their hospitality and their open arms.

Lets collect materials we do not use anymore, gather some cash and build up a strong, worldwide community that supports our less privileged kite affiniados.

The materials will be distributed to local kite schools and individuals to support them and as many people from their community as possible in getting access to this sport. The money will be used for logistics, repairs and to grow the foundation.
